About the role

We’re looking for a Border Partnerships Manager to build and expand our relationships across the freight industry with a specific focus on the Nogales markets.

What you’ll do

  • Build strong relationships with trucking companies, freight brokerages, and customs brokerages in key markets

  • Be the go-to for all platform engagement and user growth including getting new companies excited and onboarded and ensuring existing customers are getting the most out of Cargado

  • Be the first point of contact for customer feedback and collaborate closely with the Cargado product and engineering teams to incorporate critical user feedback

  • Represent Cargado and be the face of the company both at the border and in key Mexican markets

  • Participate in industry events to evangelize and promote Cargado

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in the freight industry, with experience specifically in cross-border freight between the US and Mexico

  • Experience in a business development or customer success capacity, building and growing relationships

  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Strong preference for candidates with existing relationships in the the Nogales, Arizona / Mexico area.
