About the role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate to support our Head of Operations and as we stand up multiple business functions.

What You'll Do

• Improve the processes and operations of the product, engineering, data, and GTM orgs to ensure they hit their goals.

• Own our BusOps data and make it an ingrained part of the Cargado culture.

• Drive execution and own performance of special projects.

• Help manage our carrier network in the US and Mexico.

• Determine and own how we come together as a team and maintain a strong culture - cross-functional meetings, offsites, and more

• Jump into any project, no matter how big or small

About you

• 3+ years of experience working in Investment Banking or consulting and experience working in a startup environment.

• Fluency in Spanish is a must.

• Generalist: You work hard, learn quickly, and like wearing many hats

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset: embrace challenges, self-motivated to work independently on tight timelines to achieve ambitious goals

• Extremely detail-oriented: organized and comfortable navigating complex work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams

• Data-driven: Analytical, excellent with excel and presenting data
