Cargado, the first invite-only load board for cross-border Mexico freight, launched in April 2024 by freight industry veterans Matt Silver and Rylan Hawkins. Cargado's product simplifies the cross-border freight experience and has helped drive the historic rise of nearshoring and growing demand for improved cross-border logistics. Over 60 logistics companies leverage Cargado to get loads booked faster with greater transparency and a trusted network of carriers. Cargado has raised nearly $10M since starting in October 2023 from investors such as Primary Venture Partners, Ironspring Ventures, Zenda Capital, Wischoff Ventures, and RyderVentures.

About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead to join as an early member of our Go To Market team and establish our CS processes and future vision.


What you’ll do

  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers that will grow over 2025

  • Play an active role in shaping the foundational processes and vision of Cargado’s Customer Success function

  • Own our retention goal for FY25

  • You will own customer relationships including implementation, training and support, and ongoing customer happiness

  • Partner effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams and serve as the “voice of the customer”

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in CS, ideally with an emphasis on building foundational processes and scaling teams for SaaS

  • Obsessed with helping customers win

  • Demonstrated success in driving retention and expansion

  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret customer data to drive insights and action.

  • Ability to develop IC team members
