Key areas for support:

Analytics & Reporting

  • Building reports to quantify success of tests and ideas for iterations.
  • Reports pulled from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ads
  • Lead scoring/mql
  • Lifecycle and marketing funnel attribution reporting (buyer’s journey)

Campaign Exploration

  • Research campaign ideas w/ market and customer research
  • Draft of strategy overview & goals based on reports/analytics
  • Knowledge of full funnel campaign execution & function

Persona/key audience & lifecycle analysis

  • Work in CRM and reporting to identify persona focus and strategies
  • Research and build reports based on buyer journey, marketing funnel, and lifecycle stages to provide insights for exploration


  • SEM campaigns & research
  • Keyword and rank reporting


  • Provide reporting to the marketing director against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
  • Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce lead churn
  • Build, own and be accountable for the marketing funnel
  • Find opportunities to to rapidly grow customer acquisition
  • ROI driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert
  • Develop, monitor and improve live campaigns, analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
  • Analyze data to monitor marketing performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • At least 4 years of experience in a marketing and analytics role
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
  • A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
  • An ROI driven Direct Response marketing strategy
  • A mind that analyzes & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve the customer experience
  • A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimisation, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, Google AdWords, SEO and Facebook Ads affect and can improve conversion rates
  • Knowledge in the following programs:
    • HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social media (business & ads), AhRefs, HotJar, *Adobe is a plus*

Working Relationship & Compensation
