Your Mission

A Prokeep Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a leader that drives customer engagement and adoption of our software.   You will be client facing and work closely with customers to help them onboard into and adopt our product to meet their business goals of efficiency, accountability and growth.  Day to day, you will demonstrate a balance of both deep and broad technical abilities along with outstanding customer service and account management skills.  You will act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, pre and post sale, helping them achieve their goals via any technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve customer problems and reduce the need for Prokeep Product and Engineering resources to engage in technically oriented questions or challenges.  Make any person you’re interacting with feel like something happened by magic and that you added value to their day. 
  • Be responsible for specific technical sales and customer success tasks, partnering with the Sales & Customer Success Teams, by owning the technical relationship for assigned accounts and help drive technical adoption and accelerated technical value.
  • Help customers successfully implement Prokeep  across their chosen use case and assist for ongoing technical solutioning as and when support is needed.
  • Facilitate and support product functionality inquiries, recommend solutions, and technical aspects of customer ongoing lifecycle to contribute to customer adoption and engagement, new sales, renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Empower our customers to use our product as independently and efficiently as possible and help facilitate integrations with other key software tools in their business ecosystems.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to explain products and adoption deployment schedules.
  • Document technical requirements, timelines, goals/metrics, and customer objectives in line with key results and outcomes
  • Conduct validation for product use-cases and technical feasibility for product design and launch.
  • Partner with the Sales & Customer Success teams by tackling day-to-day technical solution needs and responsiveness for functional product and technical use cases

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years in technical account management, consultative technical customer support and/or related role in technology space
  • Technical experience in managing complex customer environments with strong product command and technical knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, Telecommunications, API's or Programming/Development
  • Experience in managing SSO deployments and configurations
  • Experience with API testing tools  (ie. Postman)
  • Experience with SQL and/or related analytical research tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrable ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, coordinating peers and internal resources where required
  • Data-driven with a commitment to process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prioritization, decision-making in complex situations with competing inputs
  • Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Comfort with ambiguity in both strategic and tactical matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to understand advanced technical concepts at a high level
  • Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bonus: Previous experience as an early employee at a startup in a high growth environment

Working Relationship & Compensation 

 This is a full-time salaried position and may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the States of Colorado, California, and New York. Prokeep offers generous health, vision, and dental benefits, life insurance, unlimited PTO, and equity in our fast growing company.
