Your Mission
Are you passionate about design? Do you believe that bringing a brand to life is an essential aspect of the customer experience? Our new Digital Designer will be a core part of the marketing and creative teams, focusing on brand communication, lead generation, and customer experience. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand's visual identity and deliver captivating content across various digital platforms. You'll have an essential role in researching, planning, executing, and analyzing visual branding to evolve Prokeep’s identity to showcase our products/services and tell a compelling story to our target audience.
Responsibilities
Use your design expertise to build an unforgettable brand experience across digital channels that attracts distributors like bugs to light.
Create media for marketing campaigns ranging from videos, graphic designs, animations, infographics, templates, eBooks, emails, websites, and more.
Work closely with the content team to collaboratively and efficiently produce content for marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
Prepare briefs for each project and present design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
Evolve visual branding for Prokeep’s voice, tone, and personality.
Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
Use your analytical skills to research customer behaviors to improve and create mock-ups for future designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
Proven experience in a professional digital design role.
A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
Solid knowledge of design software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, etc), Figma, etc.
Experience with video editing and animation software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, etc.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
The ability to accept and contribute to thoughtful critique.

Not only buckets of creativity but also an analytical mind with great research skills.
Working Relationship & Compensation
This is a full-time salaried position. Must be located in the New Orleans, LA area and able to go into the office 3 days per week. Prokeep offers generous health, vision, and dental benefits, life insurance, unlimited PTO, and equity in our fast-growing company.
