Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances, you will be the trusted partner to equipment manufacturers (the suppliers of our customers) throughout North America. You will be responsible for the lifecycle of each partnership from the initial set up, to execution, expansion and renewal. Our ideal candidate has experience in wholesale distribution or equipment manufacturing.

The Partnership Account Manager position has two focuses:

Relationships

You will be responsible for nurturing and growing strategic partnerships post creation. You must maintain long-term relationships with our partners and push opportunities to maximize Prokeep’s subscription revenue while ensuring mutual success. Compensation will be based on your ability to create subscription revenue through partnerships.

Project Management

Increasing subscription revenue will only come through interdepartmental effort. It will require work from Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, and Product. You will be responsible for marshaling the resources of these various departments and focusing the various stakeholders on your expected outcomes. This project management focus will require a deep understanding of business development, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to promote partnerships and meet revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Onboard new partners, provide support and training, and manage the performance of existing partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any concerns, and working closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with partners and cross-functional internal teams to align strategies.
    • Including Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and engagement through regular communication and support.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company (10% Travel).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner account management or partner channel development, preferably within the wholesale distribution or equipment manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and mutual success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and trust.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to coordinate resources across multiple departments to achieve partnership goals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, able to work autonomously while meeting ambitious revenue targets.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking key performance metrics and deriving actionable insights to enhance partner performance.
  • Strategic thinker capable of aligning partner strategies with organizational objectives while executing tactical plans effectively.
