About Us

Prokeep is an Order Engine on a mission to empower distributors to win by turning every customer interaction into an order opportunity.
Trusted by 8,000+ distributor locations and 40,000+ users, Prokeep makes it easy for over 3 million contractors, technicians, plumbers, electricians, mechanics, and other skilled professionals to order parts, troubleshoot issues, and generally, get what they need and get on with their day.
Built for the $100+ billion distribution market, Prokeep eliminates missed opportunities caused by busy phone lines, scattered customer data, and passive sales habits. By centralizing communication and enabling proactive outreach, we help teams take more orders from any channel and get more orders by driving demand—fueling growth, stronger relationships, and greater impact across the supply chain.
Having recently secured a $25M Series A investment, we’re poised for rapid growth and innovation. Your Mission

Prokeep is seeking a Senior UX Designer – Platform Architecture to define and steward the UX foundation of our product as it scales. This role owns the how and why of UX at Prokeep—setting the vision, standards, and systems that ensure our product remains intuitive, cohesive, and customer-driven as it grows.

Our customers rely on Prokeep for simplicity in a complex wholesale distribution environment. As the platform expands, your mission is to protect that simplicity while enabling scale and ensuring experiences work together as a system without disrupting the workflows customers depend on every day.

This is a senior, hands-on design leadership role focused on UX strategy, infrastructure, and operating model, not people management. You will partner closely with Founders, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to embed UX early into discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery, grounding decisions in research, data, and real customer insight.

What You Will Do

  • Define, evolve, and champion Prokeep’s UX vision, principles, patterns, and experience standards

  • Own how Prokeep’s products and features work together as a cohesive system

  • Own and continuously improve the design system and design language in Figma, ensuring structure, scalability, and adoption

  • Represent UX in product discovery, planning, and roadmap discussions

  • Influence UX prioritization across product initiatives to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact

  • Lead information architecture and workflow improvements as the product grows

  • Design, prototype, and validate solutions using modern and AI-powered tools (e.g., Figma, Figma Make, Magic Patterns)

  • Drive iterative, low-disruption UX improvements that respect existing customer workflows

  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and design system adoption

  • Conduct UX research, including customer interviews, usability testing, and direct user conversations

  • Leverage product analytics, behavioral data, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and measure impact

  • Lead design critique and feedback loops, setting and maintaining a high UX quality bar

  • Act as a strong user advocate, influencing product decisions across teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to support planning, execution, and adoption

  • Help define how UX works at Prokeep, including process, engagement model, and expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web and/or mobile products

  • Proven ownership of end-to-end UX processes from discovery through delivery

  • Deep expertise in:

    • Information architecture

    • User flows and journey mapping

    • Wireframing and prototyping

    • Visual and interaction design

    • UX research and usability testing

  • Strong point of view on how and when to apply AI functionality to B2B workflows to deliver real customer value

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping

  • Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and evolving design systems and design language

  • Experience influencing cross-product UX standards and patterns

  • Comfort working with product analytics, behavioral data, and qualitative research

  • Strong understanding of UX patterns, interaction design, and accessibility best practices

  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams

  • Ability to lead through influence without formal authority

  • Strong communication, writing, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills

  • Thrives in ambiguity and continuous product discovery

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative, agile environments
