You are a “Swiss army knife” where the leadership team can slot you into any operational area of the business. Some examples of this include acting as a project manager; putting together complex automation proposals for our customers; helping to establish strategic alliances with OEMs, system integrators and manufacturing & labor organizations; performing factory and warehouse site walks aiding with sales enablement; and taking the pen on key pieces of sales and marketing material.

Responsibilities

- Operations Dynamo 🚀

-Catalyze various business operations, including sales, partner relationships, and project management

-Enact Go to market strategy/operations

-Connect with all attendees at industry events, confidently introducing our brand and sparking conversations

-Prepare complex automation and continuous improvement proposals, leveraging our network of partners and internal resources. You know who to call and who is best for each opportunity.

-Put together high fidelity and low fidelity simulations and sketches that visually support Reshape’s concept proposals.

-Prepare final budgets for those proposals in close collaboration with CEO and automation team.

-Manage complex automation projects interfacing daily/weekly with the end user. Keep an open issues list. Update project timeline weekly. Share digital pictures of progress. Closely manage subcontractor performance holding them accountable to quality, cost and timeline agreed with end customers. Responsibility for all final documentation. Ordering materials and equipment. Orchestrate Fabrication and Integration. Be present and supportive during Dry cycles and debugging. Own Requirements/verification of the Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Make sure that all components of the project are ready to pass the final acceptance criteria

-Contribute to company-wide data gathering efforts, including customer feedback.

-Reinforce the voice of the customer. Collaborate with CTO and CEO to incorporate user and customer feedback. Identify user needs and translate business goals into product opportunities

-Automate as much of the business as possible, or find ways to outsource work

-Project manage marketing campaigns and product launches

-Collaborate with CTO in product design tasks

Qualifications

-MUST HAVE: Strong understanding of how industrial automation is designed, purchased, deployed and maintained in real factories and warehouses. You know the landscape of vendors and integrators, the deployment norms, what does it take to pass a factory and site assessment test, etc.

-High degree of communication and organization

-Thrives in ambiguity and context switching between new opportunities

-Has a scrappy mindset

- Pragmatic and be able to operate independently

-Extensive experience with content-writing, making proposals, documentation and sales collaterals

-Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

-Love talking to customers in B2B settings and have a healthy amount of paranoia about product-market-fit
