Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-output, results-driven, full-cycle account executive who can translate real-world business pains into AI-powered solutions. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from targeted outreach to deal closure, driving rapid pipeline growth and revenue across industrial automation companies, while proactively expanding into adjacent markets.
This role should immediately drive significant business growth. With over 5 years of experience in sales, you will leverage your deep industry network to quickly generate substantial new opportunities within system integrators, distributors, OEMs, and manufacturers; while at the same time explore and grow into adjacent industries. The ideal candidate will empathize deeply with customer challenges and excel in forging strong relationships at the executive and leadership levels, creating meaningful meetings and opportunities for the team.
This role demands both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with daily outreach often reaching triple-digit touchpoints.

What you’ll do:
- Leverage Your Network: Immediately leverage your existing industry relationships to rapidly generate high-value business opportunities.
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage high-potential prospects within the industrial automation sector and adjacent industries.
- Run the Full Funnel – Research → cold outreach → discovery → demo → economic justification → close. No hand-offs.
- Qualify business needs. Dig into throughput bottlenecks, quoting delays, and margin leakage; map those to Reshape’s AI agents and expected ROI.
- Engage Executives: Strategically engage company executives, distributors, OEMs, and manufacturers to drive significant revenue growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with internal leadership, sales, and technical teams to arrange high-impact meetings and opportunities.
- Represent Reshape: Actively advocate for Reshape at industry events, conferences, webinars, and podcasts, positioning us as a leader in practical AI solutions.
- Own Revenue Outcomes: Maintain relentless focus on pipeline growth, meeting aggressive sales targets without requiring significant ramp-up time. You’re chasing numbers, not “activity for activity’s sake.”
- Evangelize AI: Clearly and persuasively communicate how our AI agents deliver substantial, measurable improvements in operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Feed GTM strategy. Share voice-of-customer insights that shape ICP, messaging, and product roadmap.
- Own the outbound motion. Make 100+ targeted outreach per day and layer in emails, LinkedIn, voicemail and other channels to build pipeline fast.
Who you are
- Experienced: 5+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals, ideally within industrial automation, manufacturing tech, or adjacent sectors. Startup experience is essential.
- Prospecting athlete: You’ve thrived in roles where 80–120 outbound touches per day is normal, and you know how to keep quality high while maintaining that volume
- Connected: You come with an established network of industry contacts and can book meaningful meetings within weeks.
- Customer-Centric: You intuitively understand customer pain points and know how to position AI and automation solutions that solve them.
- Strategic: You see the big picture and execute against it, whether shaping go-to-market strategy or navigating complex sales cycles.
- Technical Enough: You don’t need to code, but you speak the language of engineers, technicians and programmers, and can credibly convey product value.
- AI-first seller: You stay current on LLMs, agents, and automation trends and can demystify them for non-technical buyers.
- Relentless & coachable: You love feedback, iterate fast, and treat targets as floors, not ceilings.
