Wilya is a future-of-work startup changing how work is performed on the factory floor. We believe the future of work is flexible and that the factory floor is no longer an exception. We help Industrial Manufacturing & Supply Chain companies create and manage a (truly) flexible workforce. Our SaaS product allows factories to break free from the century old practice of a 40-hour work week and / or siloed work cells. Our mission is to help factories reimagine the future of work and enable millions of people who are currently locked out of employment to reenter the workforce and begin careers in manufacturing.

As an early employee, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, sales and engineering team to further our mission of bringing flexibility to the factory floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of Wilya to our customers from pre-sales through implementation and ongoing support. Help customers understand our value proposition, establish success metrics, align leadership teams on program goals, and continuously measure and improve on agreed metrics.
  • Assist customers in getting started with our SaaS platform. Spend time with end users on the factory floor to identify what works well and address pain points. Translate these insights into actionable items for the customer’s operations teams or Wilya’s engineering team.
  • Develop training and onboarding content. Design and develop various policies, procedures, and change management plans as needed. Own the customer onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction.
  • Drive the "land and expand" strategy by securing initial deals and growing customer relationships. Identify opportunities within existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously expand our engagement scope.

  • Time Management: Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously.
  • Self-Starter: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to independently manage the workload of your own clients.
