Wilya is an early-stage, future-of-work startup. We believe the future of work is flexible and that the manufacturing factory floor is no longer an exception. We help Industrial Manufacturing companies create and manage a (truly) flexible workforce. Our SaaS product allows factories to break free from the century old practice of a 40-hour work week and / or siloed work cells. Our mission is to help factories reimagine the future of work and enable millions of people who are currently locked out of employment to reenter the workforce and begin careers in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

You will be the face of the startup to our customers, helping uncover and understand client challenges/opportunities through discovery calls. Position Wilya's SaaS solution to solve client challenges. You will help customers understand our value proposition and develop business cases through collaboration. You will present proposals and negotiate terms and conditions. Develop multiple relationships within the client organization - from senior executives to supervisors. On occasion, you will prospect new sales through Rolodex or Cold Calling.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in bringing on new customers
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR/Supply Chain/Manufacturing (either sales or operations)
  • 1-3 years of Start-Up experience preferred
  • Proven history of hitting sales quota
  • Growth oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Accurately maintain latest sales information in CRM
